Give your existing furniture a new purpose
Not all furniture needs to be replaced when a workspace changes. Sometimes it just needs to be updated, remodeled, or given a new function.
With REdesign, we redesign and upgrade existing furniture to meet today’s needs and fit into the next interior design solution. This may involve new features, frames, improved ergonomics, integrated technology, new color and material palettes, acoustic enhancements, or major renovations.
Together, we create furniture that feels new, lasts longer, and can be passed on—without always having to manufacture new pieces.
More Than Just New Upholstery
Reupholstering chairs can transform the look of an entire room. But REdesign is about more than that. It’s about recognizing the potential of a piece of furniture—and how it can be adapted to new needs, new environments, and new ways of working.
We can integrate electrical outlets and USB-C ports, conceal cabling within the structure, create wireless charging surfaces in tables, or prepare furniture for smart sensors. We can also adjust dimensions, change the legs, improve ergonomics, or adapt furniture to accommodate new features.
This means that existing furnishings can remain relevant even as the business changes.
A completely new form and role in the room
In some projects, REdesign involves creating something entirely new from furniture or materials that are meant to be reused but are at risk of being discarded.
Old tabletops can be turned into wall panels or sound absorbers using recycled fabric. Materials from a previous project can take on a new function in the next room. And when standard solutions aren’t enough, our designers can develop customized solutions that allow more materials to be reused.
Custom Solutions Using Recycled Materials
Through 3D printing, for example, we can create custom-designed components for your project using recycled materials or bioplastics. This opens the door to solutions that are difficult to find off-the-shelf but can be developed to meet the specific needs of your project.
In this way, REdesign can contribute to functionality, aesthetic appeal, and resource-efficient problem-solving.
The important thing is not to preserve everything as it is. Rather, it is to see what has enough merit to endure—and how it can be developed to function better in the next environment.

Four Parts of the Whole
Modify existing furniture
We upgrade and customize existing furniture—whether it’s yours or someone else’s—by, for example, adding new upholstery, a new color, new dimensions, new features, or a fresh look.
Buy secondhand items from the entire secondhand market
The right pieces of reused furniture are selected based on function, style, quality, availability, cost, and environmental impact. We always base our selection on your needs—not on a limited inventory or whatever happens to be available. That’s why we search extensively across the entire reused furniture market.
Resell the home decor you no longer need
We'll help you dispose of furniture that no longer fits into your space and see if it can be put to good use by someone else.
Take responsibility for what cannot be reused
When furniture can no longer be used, resold, or upgraded, we help you dispose of it through donation or recycling.
