2025 var året då Senab fyllde 50 år. På den här sidan samlar vi några av de milstolpar som har format oss – projekt, samarbeten och andra händelser som tillsammans byggt den erfarenhet vi bär med oss in i varje nytt uppdrag. Från de första dagarna i Stockholm 1975 till dagens alla olika projekt runt om i världen fortsätter vi att utveckla miljöer som får människor att utvecklas.

1975–2025

    SENAB FOUNDED 
    STOCKHOLM

    Senab opens its doors for the first time at Kaptensgatan in Stockholm and takes the very first steps on a journey of developing interiors.

  • 1977

    SLUSSEN
    IN-HOUSE PRODUCT

    The in-house sofa Slussen is created by architect SIR Stig Lönngren and produced at Hyltebruks Snickeri – an early example of Senab designing its own furniture.

  • 1983

    ARLANDA 
    STOCKHOLM 

    At the time, Arlanda Domestic Terminals was Sweden’s largest public interior project, giving Senab the chance to shape how thousands of travellers experience Arlanda every day.

  • 1993

    SENAB + LF INREDNINGAR
    STOCKHOLM

    Senab merges with LF Inredningar and becomes Senab LF – combining strengths to take on larger, more complex interior projects.

  • 1993

    NEW PLACE
    STOCKHOLM

    Senab LF moves its office and showroom to Regeringsgatan 66 in central Stockholm – a home base that continues to tell our story today.

    REFLEKTION
    A PUBLICATION

    With Reflektion, a sporadic publication created together with friends of Senab LF, we start sharing thoughts on architecture, interiors and everyday working life.

  • 1995

    UNHCR's HEADQUARTERS
    GENÈVE

    Our first international project outside Sweden – an assignment for UNHCR in Genève that proves our interiors can support important missions far beyond our borders.

    PART LIGHT & PART
    IN-HOUSE PRODUCT

    The in-house storage system Part Light, designed by SIR Anders Ekegren, was produced and later further developed by Edsbyn – Part is itself an evolution of the original product, built to adapt over time.

  • 2001

    SENAB LF + HERMANSSON & LARGO
    GÖTEBORG

    Senab LF merges with Hermansson & Largo in Gothenburg and becomes Senab AB, strengthening our presence on the Swedish west coast.

  • 2004

    SENAB CONCEPT

    Senab Concept is established to specialise in repeatable interior concepts – a service that later becomes a company of its own within the Senab family.

  • 2006

    HOUSE OF SWEDEN
    WASHINGTON D.C

    We help represent Sweden abroad by creating the interiors for House of Sweden – a landmark where architecture, diplomacy and design meet.

    Edsbyn and Senab form the Edsbyn Senab AB group, combining production know-how with interior expertise to create even more complete solutions.

    We deliver our largest hotel order so far to Gothia Towers – at the time one of Europe’s biggest hotels – and help shape how guests experience the building.

    We continue to publish Reflektion – a magazine for clients and architects where we explore interiors, projects and new ways of working.

    Through Volvo Retail Experience (VRE) we create inviting environments that make Volvo’s products and brand feel familiar – no matter where in the world you visit them.

    A new headquarters and location for Swedbank – and the start of a long-term relationship with a client that continues to grow with us.

    With Architection by Senab, we collaborated with four architecture firms to make architect-designed offices accessible to more companies, turning strong concepts into complete, real environments.

    At Haymarket by Scandic we combine custom joinery and exclusive materials to create a hotel interior that feels both cinematic and contemporary.

    For Roche we design a new office that brings teams together and supports a fully digital, modern way of working.

    WARSAWA

    Volvo Studio in Warsawa offers a recognisable Volvo experience – a space that feels close to the brand, even far from Sweden.
