A historic warehouse given new life
Founded in the United States in 1949, Gant is now a global brand with stores in over 70 countries. When it came to relocating its global headquarters for around 350 employees, the choice fell on Magasin 3 in Frihamnen, Stockholm - a historic harbor warehouse transformed into a state-of-the-art workplace with offices, showroom, design studio and catwalk under the same roof. Here, the industrial heritage has been preserved and sometimes reinforced, while adding today's needs and materials to create an environment that reflects Gant's identity.

Senab had the role of interior design partner to Gant, with overall responsibility for realizing the intended concept - within the right time and budget. The assignment included project management, project finances linked to the interior design solution, responsibility for both loose and fixed furnishings, textile units, special joinery and wall panels. We handled the entire chain from coordination and delivery to assembly, deployment and ongoing after-sales service.
Working closely with Gant and CBRE, we were able to deliver a high-quality result through value-optimized choices, while staying below the original cost frame - without sacrificing expression, function or sustainability.
"Creating a new office for Gant has been an exciting journey between function, vision, identity and timelessness. It was important for us to capture their brand and identity, showcase their history and what Gant stands for - while creating a functional workplace for their employees.
Senab has been an invaluable partner in the process of combining reuse with new interior design. Good collaboration is crucial to a successful outcome, and Senab's team has been both solution-oriented and style-conscious. In summary - a great project and a very nice collaboration. Thank you very much for the cooperation!"

"This project shows what is possible when you combine a strong concept with close collaboration and clear budgetary responsibility. We have had an open and creative dialog all the way with our client, customer and architect."

The final result
Gant's new headquarters is a clear example of what is possible when we, our client, architect and suppliers work together towards a common goal. A project characterized by responsiveness, creativity and responsibility - where every square meter carries the company's identity, and where employees are given room to grow.
